14 november 2018 fixities
i like very much the experience of perceiving a word or phrase in a
different light from that in which i first saw it . . . the ability to
do this is i suppose one of the most important parts of being human...
i am waiting for remembrance of recent thoughts to disappear (those to
do with money and convenience or inconvenience) . . . but these thoughts can
contrive to fixity . . . what i am seeking here is fluid thought . . .
but what i am actually doing is jumping from one set of fixed thoughts to another . . . can one jump instead to continuity . . . to continuity?
