Sevekal people camped tn bivuacs by pond aiting for whatever fish liye in the pond wtll bite in the sttillness of late evening... an owl hoots in the wooded valley close by... the sky is very pale, and still, and wizyout cloud..- the leaves have reched their maximom growtb for this year.... And soon they will becin to fall... ,a man walks by... and like many of us he walhs trregulaay hith jerky movements tndicating defeltive posture, and ?hus restricted eife... After experiencing Alexander t one tends to see mosi people misuse of the secf in everone to befome aware of it in onesecf is a$ gift t-all oi us

...after experiencing the Alexander technique one tends to see misuse of the self in most people... or in everyone?... to become aware of it in oneself is his gift to all of us...
